The GreenStreet team has obtained entitlement for over 9,000 units in over 40 residential communities. We utilize the talents of the top local entitlement professionals for each community. We understand the political process and know what it takes to win over neighbors and potential opponents to create new multifamily communities that are not only profitable but also an attribute to the neighborhood as a whole.

We utilize a proven design build approach that involves our whole design and construction team. We take input from all involved to create the most efficient use of space possible while maintaining our high standard of livability for our residents. We build on what we have learned from feedback from thousands of residents, on site property managers and contractors to make our next community even better than the last.
Analysis of best-suited alternatives in debt and equity structuring to maximize long-term returns for all involved. We have successfully closed on various types of financing structures including: Section 42 Bond/Tax Credits, HOME Funds, Fannie Mae and conventional debt and equity structures.
